Refund Policy

We accept refunds if below mentioned conditions are met:

  • Claim is made not later than 5 hours from order delivery.
  • When paying for order, customers are required to have read, understood and agreed to all policies of papercart as published on its website.
  • If and when papercart staff has worked upon an order, then it will treat any claim for 100% refund as completely invalid whatever may be the scenario. This means if work on an order is started by our staff then customer loses right to claim 100% money-back.
  • Customers can make refund claim for the orders if they find any requirement has been missed even after revisions of order.
  • Before making refund claim, customer is required to allow our staff to revise order to meet missed requirements.
  • Revisions are offered free. Customer can ask for multiple revisions in case their requirements remain un-catered.
  • At papercart half of the paid fee is considered as the cost of services and becomes non-refundable for all those order that have gone into processing.
  • Papercart accepts refund claims if they are up to 50% of the fee amount. However, claim is eligible only if customer’s requirements have not been met by the staff at papercart even after four or more revisions.
  • At Papercart, the evaluation of the refund claim case is done by a Quality Assurance committee and customer is required to accept their decision as final and non-challengeable regarding the qualification/disqualification and the amount of refund.
  • Papercart shall require a time span of 7 working days for the case evaluation of refund-claim. Moreover, the transfer of refunded funds shall require 7 to 10 working days from the date of amount refunded from company’s end.

  • Terms of Use:
    Papercart holds its customers responsible to ensure they use our website, products and services as per our policies and the terms and conditions as communicated through our website. If any customer is seen as violating any policy, he/she shall be held responsible for the legal consequences.
  • Services:
    Papercart is offering its products/services as published on its website in accordance with applicable laws and code of ethics that it is supposed to follow.
  • Cancellation:
    Order cancellation request shall only be accepted by Papercart if order has not moved into processing phase; otherwise cancellation requested shall be rejected.
  • Security:
    Papercart has employed a system for customers’ security, thus papercart has deployed a system that automatically detects visitor’s location and saves in the system.
  • Payment:
    Papercart is receiving payments through our merchants, bank account and PayPal.
  • Privacy:
    Papercart believes in customers’ privacy, thus we religiously comply with privacy policy and keep our customers information as confidential. We only use customer’s information to communicate with them and we do not disclose their information to anyone except if required by the laws that apply.
